Information Security Policies
Medytox ("Company"), a company based on the research and development, clinical trials, manufacturing, and sale of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers and other products, hereby declares the following information security management policy to establish and continuously implement a company-wide information security management system in order to protect the Company's critical information assets and personal information from numerous internal and external threats, such as hacking and information leaks, that could seriously affect the services and operations provided to customers.
The information assets we must protect are as follows.
- Customers' personal and medical information
- All information created, stored, and distributed in the course of the company's business operations
- Information assets used to provide customer services and support internal operations
We make information security a top management priority and practice the following to achieve a culture of information security in which all employees actively participate.
- We thoroughly comply with the information security policy to protect Company assets.
- We do not use Company assets for personal purposes or disclose them externally without authorization.
- We comply with legal requirements related to information security and fulfill social responsibilities.
Management actively supports the following to ensure the effective implementation of the information security management system.
- We actively support securing the budget and resources needed for information security.
- We actively support the establishment and implementation of the information security policy.
- Management takes the lead in complying with the information security policy.
All employees shall act in good faith and with integrity in complying with the information security policy and its related regulations, fulfilling their responsibilities so that information security activities can be continuously maintained and improved.
