Grievance Handling
Medytox operates a labor-management council and an anonymous suggestion box, working to promote human rights management, including the prevention of sexual harassment and workplace bullying.
When a complaint of a human rights violation is received, we immediately verify the details and conduct an investigation.
If actual harm is confirmed, we convene a personnel committee to handle the matter in accordance with internal regulations, thoroughly protect the identity of the reporter, and ensure that reporters are protected from any disadvantage or discrimination as a result of their report.
