Medytox Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) collects, retains, and processes all personal information it handles based on applicable laws or the consent of the data subject.
This policy takes effect as of December 1, 2017.

The Company also respects users’ rights under applicable laws, including the right to request access to and correction of personal information held by the Company. You may file an administrative appeal under the Administrative Appeals Act regarding infringement of such statutory rights, and may apply for dispute resolution or consultation with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, the Personal Information Infringement Report Center, and similar bodies. The Company’s privacy policy is based on the current Personal Information Protection Act. However, where a dedicated unit within the Company establishes and implements a separate privacy policy to perform duties under related laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., that policy shall apply and will be posted on the website operated by the relevant unit.
